I spent the evening taking apart my door hardware. If you are speaking about the weatherstrip that is held on to the bottom of the door window opening and rests against the glass, the clips popped out of the door holes with a screw driver. Presumably new clips should press in easily with a screw driver. But maybe you are referring to something else.
May I ask where you got the new bumpers and brushes?
