It can happen anywhere and now its more often.
In every case I have read its a mentally disturbed person.
Breaking news at 6:30 tonight, that this morning in China a guy went to a school and knifed 22 children and one adult before security could get him.

Why do they target children ? Probably because they are so defenseless.
