Before you would start and pressurize the air receivers you, they will have to be inspected by a ASME authorized inspector and re-rated. I would imagine that the inside of the air receivers will be major scaling and corrosion, a thickness survey would have to be performed, and verified that the receivers are not below minimum wall thickness.
Pneumatic pressure is extremely dangerous whoever buys this should use prudent and extreme caution during startup and pressurization of all receivers that will see pressure exceeding 15psig.
