normally one would select a tire brand & type
for what the vehicle would be used for.
then check mfgrs site & see what sizes are available & what size rims are recommended for the tire,
then see if any correct size wheels are available.
buying used wheels is not usually a good way to go. If they have been used off road then they are probably sprung (bent)
so buying a new set from a wheel mfgr is the best way to go
but hey its your money
