That's interesting that you should have that happen. I had 2 fuses do similar recently only I just checked for continuity which was there. But I had intermittent issues with the fused part not working consistently. I finally just replaced the fuses and guess what? It has all been working fine. I would check them again for voltage but threw them away since there was some obvious issues. Could not see anything wrong with either one.
