New michelin 11.00R16 availaiblity in the U.S. - nada

From time to time Mike S. has posted, implying that Michelin 11.00XR16 tires from Holland were a possibility for people here for their PW's.
Just for interests sake, I contacted Vrakking, the company in Holland that was mentioned.
I got an email reply today that said they were currently out of this size and apparently also do not ship them out of Europe.

Here is the quote:
"Unfortunately we are out of 11.00R16 tires at the moment. We also don't arrange part cargo outside of Europe."

I took the "part cargo" to mean shipping, but I'm not 100% certain.
So, someone would have to purchase them from Vrakking, and then have a shipping company/secondary broker then ship them to the States or Canada and pay any additional taxes/duties, etc.
Sounds expensive.
