Interesting article in one of my trade magazines I thought you guys might like. Somebody has built what purports to be the world's smallest turbo-charged V8. It's a real production engine, designed to power a real 1/4-scale car. 1/4 scale doesn't sound all that much smaller than a normal engine, but it scales the displacement down to 1/16th. The discussion of the oil problems and special cylinder cross-hatching needed is pretty interesting.
