Exactly what I was trying to say. Since your part way there you need to inspect and replace as needed. Make sure the drag link is correctly adjusted and nut badly worn.
When I did mine I found the passenger side axle end ball and knuckle all gouged up. Apparently the axle joint blew apart at one time. Everything was still in specs so I replaced the bearings and seals and it had been fine for 20 years.
