Want to guess how much US equipment has been "abandoned where it sat" in Iraq, and will be soon in Afghanistan? GL doesn't sell the overseas surplus, and I don't see anything showing up on the DRMS sales list which still has the few old-style foreign sales that GL doesn't get. No doubt much of the stuff left behind will be "demilitarized" (i.e. blown to hell), but a whole lot won't be.
