I scanned this from my 1955 Shop Manual.
It tells what models of trucks used the pressurized radiator cap: C-1-R8, C-1-T8, C-1-V8, C-1-Y6, and C-1-YX6. The C-1-PW6 Power Wagon is not listed, which would seem to indicate that a pressurized cap was not used. This is backed up by information in the parts manuals.
