Hi Jeff. I've tried a few different things. Rust-Fix, available at Advance Auto, comes in a bomb can. It turns rust black and leaves paint with a nice satin sheen. Kroil works well at first, but doesn't last long. WD-40 works longer, but also needs to be refreshed.
