When you see a master cylinder with equal size reservoirs and residual valves at 10 PSI it is for a drum drum set up. I.e. both front and rear axles are drum brakes. Disks can only use 2 PSI residual pressure valves. 10 PSI will cause dragging of the pads on the rotors (i.e. the calipers will not release with 10 PSI residual valves).
