I just heard that NY is allowing voters to use any polling place. Given the destruction in the area, that should help a lot of people cast their vote.
As junkyarddog said, no matter who you vote for, please vote!
Supposedly making a voting plan (when and where you will vote) helps to raise turnout, so make a plan for yourself and ask your loved ones about their plan.
I'm hope we see more than last times 62% turnout. 38% of the eligible voters staying home is a sad commentary on our national civic involvement. Even if you hate both presidential options, there are important local elections and ballot measures everywhere and you can choose a third party candidate for president in many states.
