or possibly buy a good used one from someone here on the forum. ? I have never since 1985 had to have a WC or PW radiator recored. I had a bad one in a parts truck once but the rest were all great. one or 2 maybe needed some solder here and there but the long eye shaped tube design does not plug up easily.
