Needed: hub puller in bay area. Suggestions for removing dru

Trying to pull a front brake drum. 2 out of 3 of the retaining bolts were removable with an impact hammer. The third I've been attempting to drill out. Spent way too much time and went through 2 batteries on my drill and still didn't get it out.
It was suggested that I take off the hub and outer bearing and use a puller to remove the drum.
Any other suggestions, and/or does anyone have a puller that lives in the Bay Area?
