probably a 237 then, or a 228. that would not be a full flow oil filter. sounds like someone just built a disposable filter set up to replace the canister. but still a by pass system. studies show that BOTH is the best scenario. the bypass will remove more super fine particles and acidic properties from the oil than a full flow will. The Big Dodges like D700 or so and larger had the dual set up on the 361s and 413s back in the 60s and probably 70s
