There is no free market for oil. Even our doemstically-produced oil is traded on the global market, and the global marekt is manipulated by a price-fixing cartel.
We need to diversify our sources of energy, put more Americans to work, and not be so quick to liquidate our limited fossil fuel resources on the international market.
