They may have used the original steering arm instead of one for a lift kit. These are the part#'s for a stock arm, number will be cast in arm:
W100/W200 - 3491134
W300 - 2231448
The wheel issue may be a wheel bearing or a problem inside the differential, you're going to need to disassemble the diff to find it.
