A cat.
I do not like cats, but when we bought this farm the lady abandoned her cat here.
At the time I had over 20 military vehicles, read lots of $$$canvas.
After a couple of days living here, the "cat" brought me dead mouse. I looked at her and said out laud for the whole world to hear me, "OK,you're on payroll".
It has been 5 years, I feed her twice aday, and she still brings me dead mice.
