New Process Gear began as New Process Rawhide Company in 1888. Later owned by Willys-Overland, then Chrysler Corporation. There are also Dodge Bearings, conveyor components, drive components, speed reducers, etc. but they have nothing to do with New Process Gear, Chrysler, or Chrysler's Dodge division.
