Toe-in is set at 0 to 1/8 with the vehicle on the ground. Don't use side of tire or rim to take measurements. I use the blue painters tape placed center of tread of both front tires. I use a stick 6 inches, stand it on the ground and vertical against tape to make a horizontal mark across tape. I take my reading either side of tape, below horizontal line using tape measure. Don't use the end of tape measure, use 1 inch mark for a more accurate reading. Drive or roll vehicle forward and use stick to measure the horizontal line. Take tape measurement below horizontal line to determine toe-in.
