Windshiled Frame Screws?

I am trying to disassemble my windshield frame but can't get any of the screws to budge.

I have tried soaking in PB Blaster, no go.

Tried a butane pencil torch, heating the screws then applying wax, no go.

I'm going to gall the screws or break the glass if I use anymore pressure. Any other ideas before I drill the heads out? Not worried about the glass, but I just don't want to screw up the frame
