YEP! I "sold" my 1942 WC last week to someone who had 100% positive feedback. He welched on the deal. I did get my fees refunded by EBay immediately when I closed my dispute, but I CANNOT leave negative feedback on the 'Buyer'. I called EBay and complained, they said they would make derogatory notes on his account for future reference, and they helped me block him and other people with derogatory remarks from bidding on anything I sell. But that doesn't get my time back does it? I was also told EBay's policy is to prohibit negative feedback from being left by Sellers. This is due to intimidation by Sellers against Buyers. WTF?!! Well, schucks. I guess that means I can be a dirtbag Buyer and still keep my 100% feedback.
