...in many locales, a sea container is considered a "temporary" building, and in some fewer, is considered a separate building. Multiple locations require you to follow a permit process in order to place the sea container on location. Because you put yourself on the radar with your request, somebody might take a look. If they are cool, you should be good. But don't be surprised if you get a zoning violation notice at some point. Best thing to do is get a copy of the zoning laws for your locality- READ THEM, COVER TO COVER, and remember that many times, governments put critical conflicting/confusing information between two pages.
