Gasoline $4.45 a gallon. Diesel: $4.35 a gallon here, but much higher in other places in California. Fill up before you cross the border.
Some independent gas stations not selling gas because the don't want to buy a load of expensive gas and have the prices drop back down when the refineries get back online.
Governor Moonbeam has O.K.'d selling the cheaper winter formulation gas to help lower the price.
