out put depends directly to battery charge or state.a low battery will produce or need more amperage a fully charged battery will require less amp or current flow.If you had a load tester you could put a draw on the battery with a amp meter in series to see what the max out put is. i know this because in grade 9 auto shop we had a snap on tester worked very slick. junoir copey
