My 64 W-300 had radiator #2235128 AB
I puchased a radiator from a 64 D-500 which has # 1936196 D2. The D-500 radiator is much larger and came with a fan shrowd, this truck had a 318 in it.
Where are you located, I may be interested in selling my W-300 radiator.
