I reproduced the adjustable drawbar shown in the parts page Paul posted. I made several of them and sold them at the PW rally in Iowa. The book does not give a load rating. If it was rated, it would most likely be rather low when compared to most modern day hitches. It was meant to tow light loads such as farm wagons and the like, I use mine to tow a small boat down to the farm pond. For heavy loads make your own or get a pintle hitch, use an adjustable for show and light loads.
