Make sure both panels are absoultely clean and you will be amazed at the results.. use no bigger than the 035 wire ( preferably 030 for thin sheets). Stay away from the flux core wire unless you intend to run the gas also, then it does a great job. (Flux core works better on heavier metal without the gas than lighter stuff)
