Because I had some questions several years back about my WDX, I was told by the guys at VPW that it's possible that the cab was changed sometime in the past which will expain why the VIN # on the data plate inside the drivers door may be different from the one stamped on the frame. This may have happened with your truck. Good Luck to You Robert
