I used new 9 x 16 tubes (with a TF-150 flexible metal valve stem for non-radial tires) and flaps with the 38 x 13 Super Swampers just like you would use with a NDT. No problem. I figure the narrow rims won't be a problem with the low speeds and miles I put on this truck. As for NDT's, as I was looking for new tires, I looked at Denman Tires (www.denmantire.com). They still make NDT's.
