Thanks for the real nice advice. I once heard that you could use vinegar to remove this type of silicon before it cures. I heard that the "wetting" agent for this type of silicon was acetic acid (vinegar) so maybe that accounts for the smell. I haven't tried it so I don't know if it is a tale or if it really works. Might save you some time on your project. It sure looks sweet!
