I agree with Tom the problem is probably the blower motor, however my solution would be to replace the blower motor and not run the new one at high speed rather use the lower two speeds. My understanding is that as the blower motor ages it takes more and more current and the switch can't handle it. Avoiding the high speed should eliminate the problem. I have new heater switches and used harnesses available if you need them.
