I am not aware of any 19.5" wheel with the 5 hole on 6-7/8" bolt circle diameter used by your 1962 WM300, so it may not be easy to put that size wheel on your 1962 WM300. But even if there was such a wheel, the 900-16 tire is taller, wider and generally stronger (higher ply & weight rating) than the typical 19.5" tire, so going to a 19.5" wheel and tire would be downsizing from 900-16 tires and 16" wheels presently on your 1962 WM300.
