Can't say for sure, either, but can tell you the brakes on my dads '68 w300 dana70's (six bolt) look exactly like my m-37. Good question, though. What about an adapter plate, or modifying the flanges on either piece? If I remember, I'll look again at the hub flanges on the dana 70 and my dana 60, but may be awhile.
