W500 Cab Marker Lights

Does anyone know where to get new or good condition cab marker lights for a '69 W500? I mean the ones at the front of the roof.

The base of the light is curved to match the front of the cab over the windshield. Most of the aftermarket ones available today seem to be flat. Besides, it would be nice to stay original.
