Still on topic... My B-3-PW-126 has a Chevy 292 transplanted by a PO. It hasn't been run in nearly 20 years and the motor is stuck. While I'm trying to unstick it, I'm also thinking about putting a running motor in it. Since the Chevy conversion was done nicely and is tidy, I'll probably put a Chevy motor in it... Either another 292 or a 350, is what I'm thinking, although I am curious as to the compatibility of a Chevy diesel. I know nothing about the diesels that Chevy used. Anybody have some answers/suggestions?
