The 1967-69 M-715 replaced the M-37...while I've never been in a M37 I can tell you this stock M-715 give a much more comfortable ride than any Power Wagon I've owned, FF and PG included, plus has lots of leg room (I'm 6'1)....just something you may want to consider....Kevin
