back window

the back window in my ff has in the last 4mo.s or so started to leak pretty good. it is raining hard today and I can see it is the rubber around the window, does it come out as easy as it looks? after taking the trim off, it seems to be just held in and sealed by the trim, if this is the case it will be an easy fix. Dave.
