I once picked up about 20 empty 55 gallon Pepsi and 7UP syrup barrels I got for free from the Pepsi bottling plant. They all had the same haz-mat "corrosive" stickers on them that you'd have on barrels of battery acid. Apparently the undiluted syrup will eat right through your skin, so I'm sure it would do a dandy job of cleaning rusty bolts. They thoughtfully remembered to pull the stickers off before I left the plant so I wouldn't get stopped by some cop thinking I was hauling 1000 of acid down the freeway in my M35. Yeah, I don't drink much pop either.
