There is fersure an 'outer' that goes outwards from the frame.
And the Roberts cataloge lists an 'inner'. a foam piece that glues to the cab, inside of the frame. But I don't know if that one was OE to the B3PW126. (B3 was used for non PWs too) Roberts catalog implies it's for other models. I haven't put one in my own truck.
