1 of 2,188 manufactured
1 of approximately 679 remaining according to Li’l Red Dad (http://lilreddad.com/Misc.html)
This 17,800 original miles LRET is one of the lowest documented mileage Li’l Red Express Trucks around. It has the black deluxe split seat, tinted glass, and factory A/C that still blows cold air. It was an original owner truck until 2005. The original owner purchased it new as a toy. It has always been stored indoors and pampered; only being caught out in the rain twice according to him.
Having never been exposed to the harsh elements, the original paint work is very vibrant and still shines as new. The interior is incredible as well, having never being exposed to sunlight for too long. This LRET has never been modified or tracked. The original tires still have 90% of their tread left with nubs still intact on the sidewalls. The rear bed has never been used and still retains its original red paint. All of the rare and unique LRET components are in place. The vehicle matches the broadcast sheet info.
Aside from the usual wear items such as the battery, oil, and fuel and oil filters, this truck still wears all of its originally installed components, including hoses, belts, spark plugs and wires, air filter, etc., according to the original owner. All of the glass, chrome, and bright work are in exceptional condition. The weather stripping is still soft and pliable and shows no signs of dry rot. This LRET drives and handles like new with no wind noise, no rattles, or squeaks, making it a true pleasure to drive.
This LRET is heavily documented with two pouches of original paperwork. This includes the original warranty booklet, the dealership pre-delivery inspection, owner’s manual, broadcast sheet, never used spare key, key code tags, dealer inventory key tags, and more. This LRET has never been shown. It would be an ideal candidate for the Concours Original judging at the Mopar Nationals or other national level Mopar meets. If you ever wanted to purchase one of these new, this unmolested, unrestored, all original LRET may be as close as you will ever get.
