another option is the 9.00R16 Michelin XY
which is a 14 pr tire and has and axle capacity of 9,260 lbs @ 105 psi
air carries the load and the tire is just a
chamber the higher the ply rating (load range) is just the index of the chamber strength
XYs are probably avail in Costa Rica for you
