Installing bell housing in 52 B-3

I'm putting my 52 B3 back together three years after taking her apart. Memory is slipping. I put the flywheel clutch and pressure plat one then I installed the bell housing. It seemed to work. Did I get ahead of myself and should have put the bell housing on first Things look good but checking before I slide the tranny inlace. Thanks
