I am looking forward to getting there myself, someday. My grandparents went back in '98 for a four week tour of Finland and Sweden (he married a Swede!) and said his Finnish came back to him like riding a bicycle. The locals couldn't place his accent, though, and he had to constantly explain he'd been in America for 70 years!
He said the Finns settled the land around the Great Lakes because it reminded them of home..
