I had a pair that the centers were moved all t he way out and their was about an inch between the tires and the drum was turned down a hair so the inner wheel would clear it
the frame was reinforced and it had 14 leaves with another set of overloads, worked great and carried very heavy loads of debree off my construction jobs with no problem
