I said 1956 was the first Ford Crown Victoria...it was actually 1955.
It is very common mistake for the Victoria to be called a Crown Victoria....
kinda like people calling an M37 a jeep, an M37 a Power Wagon, etc....
I sold a 51 Ford Victoria for my friends dad who called it a Crown Victoria. It was a Victoria with no CROWN, just Victoria.
