The problem is that whole corner is caved in. There was probably 1/2" of some sort of filler (it was slightly flexible like putty vice plastic filler).

So I have to try and re-create the curve of the door with the patch pannel, not sure I can get there without tools I don't own (like an english wheel).

But yes there's quite a bit of rot in the bottom as well as cracks and damage at the lower hing and in the window opening.
