1957 W200 Brake Conversion

Does anyone have experience converting a 1957 W200 Power Giant to a dual master cylinder? I'd say the basic problem is finding a frame mount 1-1/4" M/C that'll fit. Could go to remote resevoir if necessary. What M/C did you use?
