The hydroboost unit can be mounted at any clock position. However, there are only two positions that the MC mount flange will allow the MC to sit level. If you mount the hydroboost at any other position, you need to fab a adapter to correct the angle. This is NOT difficult, but will require you to also make a new push rod the length will be determined by the thickness of your adapter.
On 2 of my trucks I used a .750" piece of aluminum, thus my push rod was .750" longer than original
In the picture, my nitrogen accumulator is clocked at roughly 11 oclock. The adapter corrects this and allows the MC to sit level.
